SHOW SCRIM |
The 25' X 48' Joseph Show Scrim was painted entirely in aniline dyes on white
sharkstooth scrim. After painting, the scrim was embellished with various metallic and iridescent glitters. A full scale
pattern for the scrim was drawn and a copy of it sent to the drapery manufacturer where a velour portal was built to the "eye"
shape shown on the finished scrim. The two pieces are hung together in performance.

COAT DROP |
The 26' X 40' "Coat Drop" was painted in aniline dyes on filled scrim (leno) . The drop was embellished with heavy applications
of metallic and iridescent glitters in clear acrylic, and glass mirrors were applied with epoxy. The camel and boat were embellished
with gold leaf (dutch metal and overall gold trim was bronzing powders mixed in clear acrylic.

Thoroughly Modern Millie
Designed by James Fouchard for Troika
Entertainment's current national tour of Thoroughly Modern Millie, this 24' X 48' drop was painted in acrylics and
aniline dye on seamless muslin. The foreground buildings are opaque, with semi-opaque areas and translucent windows.
The sky is translucent.
